Afrobeats superstar Davido has given fans another glimpse into his love story with his wife, Chioma Adeleke, through a romantic proposal scene in the music video for his song ‘Already Falling’.
The singer gets down on one knee and presents Chioma with a stunning ring in one of the video’s most memorable scenes. The gesture recreates a marriage proposal, even though the couple are already married.
Released on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, the video places their relationship at the centre of the song’s romantic storyline.
‘Already Falling’ is part of Davido’s sixth studio album, ORIADÉ, which was released on July 31, 2026.
Davido and Chioma Share Romantic Moments in New Video
The music video features several intimate moments between the couple.
In one scene, Davido and Chioma appear in matching traditional-inspired outfits as the singer serenades his wife with the song’s lyrics.
Another scene shows the couple inside a car, with Chioma behind the steering wheel while Davido performs the track.
However, the most romantic moment comes towards the end of the video. Davido kneels beside a lake and presents Chioma with a ring, creating a memorable proposal scene that has captured fans’ attention.
A Love Story That Continues to Inspire Davido’s Music
The latest video is not the first time Davido has featured his wife in a romantic music project.
Chioma previously appeared in his 2018 hit song ‘Assurance’, which celebrated their relationship when they were dating.

She also featured in ‘1 Milli’, a 2020 track accompanied by a wedding-themed music video.
Their relationship later progressed to marriage. The couple held their traditional wedding ceremony in Lagos in June 2024, followed by a white wedding in Miami, Florida, in August of the same year.
With ‘Already Falling’, Davido has once again placed his relationship with Chioma at the heart of his music, giving fans another romantic look at their journey together.
