The 28-year-old crossed the finish line in 12.28 seconds, matching the fastest time she has recorded this season.
American hurdler Grace Stark finished second in 12.38 seconds, while fellow American Alaysha Johnson claimed third place with a time of 12.39 seconds.
Amusan did not enjoy the quickest start to the race, with Dutch athlete Nadine Visser taking an early advantage.
However, the Nigerian gradually closed the gap before accelerating over the closing hurdles to move into the lead and pull away from the rest of the field for a convincing victory.
The winning time marked the third occasion this season that Amusan has clocked 12.28 seconds. She previously recorded the same time at the Xiamen Diamond League and the Rabat Diamond League in May, highlighting the consistency she has maintained throughout the outdoor campaign.

The latest success also became her second Diamond League victory of the season after winning in Rabat. Earlier this month, she added another title to her growing list of achievements by claiming first place at the New Taipei City Athletics Open.
Amusan has enjoyed a strong start to 2026 after successfully defending her African title for the fourth consecutive time.
Her recent performances suggest she is steadily building form as attention turns to the Diamond League Final and the Commonwealth Games later this year.
The Nigerian hurdler has an impressive history on the Diamond League circuit, having won three consecutive Diamond League titles from 2021 to 2023.
