Kylie Jenner Sued By Second Housekeeper Over Alleged Harassment Claims

A second former housekeeper has sued Kylie Jenner, alleging harassment, discrimination, and unfair treatment while working in the entrepreneur’s household.
The lawsuit also names members of Jenner’s household management team. It adds to earlier legal complaints from former staff who say they faced poor working conditions while employed in the residence.
The plaintiff, Juana Delgado Soto, says she started working in Jenner’s household in May 2019. She claims her work environment became harder over time. She also says supervisors increased her workload and limited her rest breaks. According to her filing, conditions worsened significantly after a change in supervisory staff in 2023.
Soto alleges that a supervisor mocked her accent, immigration background, and race. She says she reported the behaviour to human resources. After that report, she claims the company temporarily removed the supervisor. However, she states the supervisor later returned to the workplace. Soto then claims the supervisor began to retaliate against her.
She says the retaliation included pay reductions, heavier tasks, and schedule changes that made her duties more demanding. In addition, she alleges that management threatened her with termination after a disagreement involving a missed birthday celebration. She states she missed the event because of work requirements.
Soto also describes a family tragedy during her employment. She claims she requested time off but did not receive enough support. She says management told her to return to work quickly. Furthermore, she alleges that some colleagues questioned her loss. She also claims she faced humiliating assignments during this period, including cleaning messes she says others created on purpose.
In a key part of the case, Soto says she wrote a handwritten letter to Kylie Jenner in 2025. She claims she placed the letter on a personal item belonging to Jenner so it would reach her directly. In the letter, she reportedly described emotional distress and asked for help. She also stated that she believed Jenner would not approve of the treatment if she knew about it.
Soto alleges that after she left the letter, management instructed her not to contact Jenner again. She also claims they threatened her with dismissal if she tried to communicate further.
In addition, she says her workplace restrictions increased after that incident. These restrictions, she claims, included limited access to basic needs such as water and restroom breaks while on duty.
Over time, Soto says her health suffered. She reports anxiety, sleep problems, and physical strain linked to her work environment. Eventually, she resigned from her position. She states she could no longer continue under those conditions.
Soto now seeks financial compensation for damages. Her claims include emotional distress and punitive damages. Her legal representative argues that the case shows serious violations in workplace treatment. They also call for stronger accountability in private household employment systems.
This lawsuit follows another complaint from a different former housekeeper. That earlier case also alleged harassment and discrimination within the same household environment. Both cases raise similar concerns about supervision and staff treatment in private residences.
Representatives for Kylie Jenner say they have not fully reviewed the claims. They have declined to comment further at this stage. Jenner has also not made any public statement on the allegations.
