Suspect Arrested Following Tragic Incident
According to reports, law enforcement officers responded to an emergency call on Wednesday morning after receiving information about a violent incident at Handy’s residence. Upon arrival, officers reportedly found the veteran actor unconscious with multiple stab wounds.
Authorities have identified the suspect as Michael Gledhill, 44, who was taken into custody on suspicion of murder. Reports indicate that Gledhill is the son of Handy’s longtime girlfriend. His bail has reportedly been set at $2 million as investigations continue.
Police sources revealed that a 911 caller allegedly identified himself as “the son of man” and made a disturbing confession, stating, “I just killed the man of sin.” Investigators also reported that the suspect allegedly told responding officers that he was “the one they were looking for.”
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under active investigation, and authorities are yet to release further details regarding a possible motive.
