Oriflame Nigeria Celebrates 12 Years with Launch of Top Scents Fragrance Collection
Oriflame Nigeria has marked 12 years of operations in the country with the launch of its first niche fragrance collection, Top Scents, bringing together beauty influencers, staff, entrepreneurs and members of its management team for a special celebration in Lagos.
The event took place on October 7, 2026, at the company’s head office at 43 Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja. It celebrated two major milestones: the introduction of Top Scents and Oriflame Nigeria’s 12th anniversary.
Officially launched on October 1, 2026, Top Scents expands the company’s fragrance portfolio with distinctive compositions designed to encourage creativity, individuality and new fragrance experiences.
Nine influencers and content creators were invited to an exclusive session where they explored the collection, its ingredients and the inspiration behind the fragrances. The gathering later opened into a wider anniversary celebration involving Oriflame Nigeria’s management, employees and Beauty Entrepreneurs.
Introducing the Top Scents Collection
The event opened with a welcome address by Adesewa Okeyinka, Marketing and Sales Support Manager at Oriflame Nigeria. She welcomed guests and explained the purpose of the gathering, which combined an introduction to the new fragrances with a celebration of the company’s journey in Nigeria.
The official opening was led by Nikola Baroli, Vice President and General Manager for Nigeria and Stand-Alone Markets. He spoke about Oriflame’s Swedish heritage, its purpose and the creative thinking behind niche perfumery.
He described the collection as an expression of creativity and individuality, highlighting how fragrances can serve as personal statements beyond simply smelling good.
The two featured fragrances at the centre of the launch were Neon Oud and Rose Mode. Both were presented as distinctive additions designed to encourage fragrance lovers to explore new scent combinations.
Exploring the Art of Niche Perfumery
Oriflame Beauty Specialist Awa Irene led an interactive presentation that introduced the influencers to the art and science of niche fragrance creation.
She discussed the formulation process, the inspiration behind Neon Oud and Rose Mode, the ingredients used in their compositions and the perfumers responsible for developing them.
The collection was created in collaboration with Givaudan, a global Fragrance and Beauty company with more than 200 years of fine-fragrance heritage.
The partnership combines traditional perfumery craftsmanship with creative expertise, digital innovation and consumer insights to develop distinctive fragrance experiences.
The event also introduced guests to the perfumers behind the two scents. Rose Mode was created by Julie Noé, while Neon Oud was developed by Andrea Montanari. Both are emerging perfumers from the Givaudan Perfumery School.
Their creations emerged from a creative challenge focused on exploring unexpected combinations and pushing beyond traditional fragrance expectations.
At the end of the presentation, the invited influencers received Top Scents gift packages, allowing them to continue exploring the fragrances after the event.
Fragrance Launch Transitions into Anniversary Celebration
Following the exclusive fragrance experience, the event moved outdoors for an anniversary celebration involving influencers, content creators, Oriflame management, employees and Oriflamiers.
The evening featured music, games, speeches, personal testimonials, photographs and an anniversary cake-cutting ceremony.
While the fragrance presentation highlighted innovation and creativity, the anniversary gathering focused on the people and relationships that have contributed to Oriflame Nigeria’s growth.
Guests had the opportunity to connect, share experiences and reflect on their journey with the company.
The celebrations also recognised the contributions of Beauty Entrepreneurs, whose involvement remains central to Oriflame’s business model and relationship with customers.
Oriflame Reflects on 12 Years of Entrepreneurship and Empowerment
Beyond the product launch, the anniversary provided an opportunity to highlight Oriflame Nigeria’s contribution to beauty, entrepreneurship and personal development.
During his remarks, Nikola Baroli spoke about the opportunities created through the company’s business model. He highlighted how individuals have been able to pursue their ambitions, develop entrepreneurial skills and build businesses through their association with the brand.

Oriflame operates through a direct-selling model that allows individuals to connect customers with its beauty and wellness products while pursuing business opportunities.
Its Beauty Entrepreneurs play an important role in this approach by building customer relationships and sharing the company’s products within their communities.
The anniversary celebration therefore recognised not only the company’s achievements but also the individuals whose experiences and contributions have shaped its presence in Nigeria.
Looking Ahead to a New Chapter
The launch of Top Scents and the 12th anniversary celebration represented two important aspects of Oriflame Nigeria’s journey: continued development of its beauty products and the community that has grown around the brand.
With Neon Oud and Rose Mode, the company has introduced new fragrance options designed to encourage individuality and a deeper appreciation of perfumery.
The anniversary, meanwhile, highlighted the relationships, business opportunities and shared experiences built over 12 years of operations in Nigeria.
As Oriflame Nigeria looks to the future, the company says it remains committed to introducing new beauty experiences and creating opportunities for personal and entrepreneurial growth.
The celebration served as both a reflection on its journey so far and an opportunity to look ahead to the next phase of its operations in the country.
